Our platform relies on external APIs provided by third-party services like Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin, and Oura. We do not control these services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, or reliability.

The fitness and health data displayed on our platform comes from your connected devices and services. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data. Data accuracy depends on your device hardware, how you wear or use the device, and the third-party service's processing.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Epigenesis platform responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software

Termination
